For Congress District 1
As a middle-class child, my educational journey took me through Ben Rush Elementary, Rose Hill Jr. High, and Lake Washington High Schools. At the age of 10, I embarked on an initiative by starting a newspaper recycling service, which led to my acquisition of my first bike. Fast forward over 23 years, where a blind date introduced me to my wife, Rose, and our journey together began, blending our families into one. Raising our two sons and daughter, who interestingly followed the same educational path as I did, created a sense of continuity and tradition. Despite facing challenges during the recession, we remained resilient and optimistic about the future. Currently working in the environmental industry, I am dedicated to seeking Win-Win solutions, embodying the ethos of a "Compassionate Capitalist" with unwavering dreams for a better tomorrow. Our district shines brightly with diversity and vitality, serving as a lighthouse for the forthcoming generations. Eager to engage with our community on the campaign trail, I anticipate discovering common ground that unites us as proud Washingtonians and Americans.
